In Celine Song’s sophomore feature, Materialists, she returns to the origin of what it means to be a partner. Simplicity was the focus for Song on telling this modern romantic drama.
Is Casting Underway For ‘Beach Read’ By Emily Henry?
In the middle of last year Maude Garrett, Amanda Tass, and Amanda Guarragi (me), all read books by Emily Henry. If you don’t follow us on Goodreads, then come on over! After reading Book Lovers, Beach Read and Happy Place, we are all awaiting the release of Funny Story in April.
It’s hard to tell which film will come to fruition first, but Henry continuously surprises readers by posting on her Instagram story. And we feel that Beach Read will be the first one with a confirmed cast.
